During your visit to our small elephant conservation park you will not only learn a lot about elephants and their way of life, but you will also feed the elephants, play with them and even bathe with them. This way you will learn why it is important to protect them. With your visit and the proceeds, you will help us care for the elephants, feed them, provide veterinary care and offer them land and infrastructure to live on. We would like to give you an insight into how we keep the elephants close to nature. The natural needs of our elephants are always in the foreground. At Toto’s Elephant Sanctuary, is a place for observing the elephants in their natural environment, feeding and taking care of them. We do not allow the elephants to be ridden. Established in 2016, Into the Wild Elephant Camp, Chiang Mai is an ethical elephant camp in the south of Chiang Mai Province. Our mission is to give our retired and rescued elephants a sustainable home that is safe and secure, yet they are able to roam freely and live as naturally as possible. Located in Chiang Mai’s Mae Wang District, our ethical and sustainable camp is surrounded by lush tropical jungle where our elephants can go foraging for food on their own and enjoy bathing in the river that flows through the camp.

Although Hug Elephant is a small elephant sanctuary operated by the local people, it is a small step to save the elephants’ life and improve the quality of life of the community. Hug Elephant carries forward the accurate, appropriate and moral information and management.
