This is a great Intro ride to Off Road (Jeep Track) mountain biking. The descent through Doi Suthep National Park presents us with great views of the Mae Ping Valley below, amazing forest landscapes which makes this Trip one of the most scenic and popular Mountain Bike Rides in Chiang Mai and all without traffic..

Experience all the seasons in a day during this incredible Doi Inthanon trek, a challenging 10km hike reaching an altitude of more than 2000m (6500 ft). From Chiang Mai it’s a 2 hour drive along a curvy road passing village tribes as we wind our way to the starting point, a remote area in the National Park well off the beaten track.

The tour begins with a visit to the summit of Doi Inthanon – the highest spot in Thailand and an area rich in biodiversity and unique flora and fauna. We’ll walk an short hiking trail on the summit before heading to the start of the main hike.

We will drive you to the starting point located at approximately 1500m above sea level. From here you will hike through thick evergreen forest before reaching the highest point in the national park at 1640m above sea level. From the summit you will hike along a narrow ridge with spectacular views of Doi Suthep Pui and beyond – if you’re lucky you may catch a glimpse of Chiang Dao – the 3rd highest peak in Thailand.
